Property blueprints for the financier's personal Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Additionally included in this new photograph release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had drawn up plans to transform the 161-acre island by building homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a key detailing distinct parts of the land.
Alongside this are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as plans for marina coverings.
Additional materials made public as part of the continuing congressional release.
